Job Responsibilities

Control product design quality and proposals according to customer needs;

Lead the innovation of design ideas, methods, tools, and proposal models;

Build a design platform, formulate a design quality system and evaluation standards;

Formulate and implement a systematic training plan to cultivate excellent designers.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, graduated from industrial design or design major, more than three years of work experience;

2. Proficient in various commonly used software, skilled in using design software, strong professional ability;

3. Excellent design management and training ability;

4. Active design concept, rich inspiration, the aesthetics of industrial products meet the requirements of popularity, industry, internationality and sense of the times, can keenly perceive and absorb new popular elements, and have full perception and grasp of shape and color;

5. Good at communicating well with customers, can accurately grasp and reflect customer design intentions and style requirements, and combine well with customer intentions;

6. Good professional quality and professional ethics, sharp and active thinking, rich visual creation experience and unique aesthetic cultivation.
